We take the guesswork out of our process by ensuring that the Client is kept informed throughout. Our Status Update contains information of individuals who are being screened and interviewed face-to-face, with summary of their compensation details and why they are being considered for the position. The Status Update is submitted to the Client routinely.
Comprehensive compensation information is provided of the finalist candidate. This includes all information on existing compensation - from base salary, to last bonus received plus all other relevant details such as housing, tax benefits, stock options, pension plans, vacation leave.
Reports based on professional & personal reference checks that are conducted with the prior knowledge of the finalist candidate.
Complete "hand-holding" to get the finalist candidate on board via offer letter and other negotiations. We also maintain constant and regular contact throughout the period of notice before the finalist candidate is officially on board with the Client.
